046/365 The one that got away046/365 The one that got awayDay 46
I was driving through Bond Park looking for photo oportunities, when I spotted this large red tailed hawk on a log in the woods. I looked for a parking spot, had no luck and circled back around. Still there. I continued on and fond a spot to park. I bushwacked back to the road where the hawk was. Gone. I then looked up as the hawk flew over with his meal in his claws and landed in a tree. A second hawk was screeching and circling, going for this birds food. They flew around in circles and disappeared out of sight before I could get much of a picture. I managed a few so so ones before I they got away.
