Pizza night! I made my own pizza dough today, using Bobby Flay's recipe from FoodNetwork.com. Easy and delicious, thanks to Big Red, my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. All you need to do is top the dough with sauce, add browned hot Italian sausage, green peppers, onions and mushrooms ('shrooms only on 1/3). Then cover it all with pizza cheese, pop it into a preheated oven at 425° for 22 minutes. I used a 16" airbake pan (the ones with all the little holes 'em)

Remove from oven, place on table and photograph the pizza for a few minutes. RAW recommended, flash optional but suggested. Slice and enjoy! It really was very good! I'll be doing this again soon.

And yes, the D O G can have a small ~small~ taste of the yummy crust (AKA pizza bones). Dusty, on the other hand, can not have any. Sorry R A B B I T.
